At least 1 year in retail education or management experience, ideally in beauty Strong background in make-up, skincare, fragrance & storytelling If you have past trainer experience, we consider this as a plus! Experience in sales, training and development Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and with remote management Experience using PC, Outlook, Power point, Power BI, Excel Driver's license is required Able to travel up to 30% of the time based on business needs You speak Norwegian & English fluently and are based in Bergen More Specifically you will Plan and Deliver Training: Represent strong category & product expertise and high technical skills. Provide education to staff across Norway, focusing on makeup, skincare, fragrance, and customer service. Execute Education Programs: Conduct training on sales techniques, product knowledge, services and coaching in-store, in classroom or via digital channels for own and generic staff Enhance Sales & Consumer Experience: Equip sales teams with the skills to drive performance and engagement. Build Strong Relationships: Collaborate closely with Retail Sales Trainers, District Training Manager, District Manager & Retail Sales Executives to elevate the competences of each of our own staff and generic staff
