You have 2-3 years of experience in HR or with HR tasks, ideally within retail or a fast-paced commercial environment. You are ready for a role where you over time can develop yourself, take ownership, influence decisions and work independently. Holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business (or equivalent) Has solid knowledge of Norwegian employment law Has experience handling employee relations and legal discussions Has experience with recruitment and training/facilitation Is confident working with HR systems, MS Office and AI tools Communicates fluently in Norwegian and English (other Scandinavian languages are a plus) Experience working in a Nordic/International setup is an advantage Provide day-to-day HR support and administration for employees in Norway and Travel Retail Lead end-to-end recruitment to secure top talent that drives sales and customer experience Implement, follow up and continuously improve HR processes in Norway Design and facilitate impactful trainings and workshops locally and across the Nordics Act as a trusted advisor to the Norwegian Sales organization, supporting managers in driving team performance and engagement Manage employee relations and support in legal case handling Coach and train managers in HR processes, performance management and Norwegian employment law Lead and contribute to Norwegian and Nordic HR projects that strengthen business outcomes Collaborate with the wider Nordic HR team on cross-country initiatives and best practice sharing
